Zero Tolerance Policy
Staff treating patients has the right to work free from any threat or fear of abuse or violence.
If any patient is abusive or violent towards any member of staff or any other persons on the practice premises, the practice retains the right to have the patient removed from our list.
We define violence and aggression as:
Late Cancellation and Failed Appointment Policy
At our practice, we are committed to providing high-quality care to all our patients. To ensure that we can offer appointments to everyone in need, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice (2 working days) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice (2 working days), a late cancellation fee will apply based on the length of your booked appointment:
20 minutes- £30
30 minutes- £50
40 minutes -£60
60 minutes -£100
Failed Appointments (No-Shows)
If you fail to attend your appointment without any notice, the full fee listed above will be charged.
